AGREEMENT FOR USE OF EMIRBET SERVICES

Effective Date:

1. DEFINITIONSIn this Agreement, the following terms and expressions shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means an account opened by You with Us for the purpose of participating in Our Services;
• "Services" means all services provided to You through Your Account or otherwise, including but not limited to gambling games and facilities; and
• "Us", "Our" and "We" refer to Bellona N.V. / Next Global Era Limited.

2. ELIGIBILITYYou must be at least 18 years of age to use Our Services. You agree that You are fully competent and able to enter into this Agreement, and that by using Our Services You warrant that You have the right, authority and capacity to do so.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

• We reserve the right to refuse or close Your Account at any time for any reason.
• You must provide Us with accurate and complete information when opening an account or making a deposit, including but not limited to your name, date of birth and address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of Your login credentials and any other sensitive personal data.

4. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONSWe reserve the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

• We accept various payment methods, as set out in Our Website.
• We reserve the right to modify our deposit and withdrawal limits at any time.
• If You have not made a minimum of 5x turnover from deposits since your last withdrawal, we may charge you an administration fee for withdrawals.

6. WITHDRAWALS

• Withdrawal requests are processed by Us within one (1) business day after receipt.
• We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation prior to processing a withdrawal.
• You agree that any winnings paid out to You will be held in Your Account until such time as you have fully verified your identity and addressed all relevant anti-money laundering requirements.

7. DEPOSIT LIMITS AND SELF-EXCLUSIONYou may set temporary or permanent deposit limits through Our Website, subject to certain restrictions.If You wish to self-exclude from Our Services for a specified period of time, please contact Us in writing at least 24 hours prior to the proposed exclusion date.Once excluded, You will not be able to open a new Account with Us until such time as you have waited out the full duration of your self-exclusion.

8. ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONSOne account per customer is allowed.If We discover that multiple accounts are being operated by the same person or entity, we reserve the right to close all relevant Accounts without prior notice.

9. FAIR PLAY AND GAME PROGRESSIVENESSWe use Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair play and game progressiveness for Our Services.No single bet shall exceed 5 times the stake used by You in relation to any specific bonus, promotion or other offer made available through Your Account.

10. RESOLVING DISPUTESAny disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved solely at Our discretion, taking into account applicable laws and regulations.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions in whole or part without prior notice.
• Changes made to these Terms and Conditions will be binding on You if you continue to use our Services after they have been posted to Our Website.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTIONThis Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, without regard to its conflict of law principles or rules regarding choice-of-law.The courts at Curacao shall have jurisdiction over any claims arising from this Agreement.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

• This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and Us relating to Our Services.
• It supersedes all prior agreements, understandings and representations made in relation to Our Services.

By opening an account with us or continuing to use our services you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
